How to Use
Step 1: Shake well before each use.
Step 2: Beginning with one eye at a time, apply 2 even layers of Eyeliner Glue Pen along the upper lash line, letting it dry between applications.
Step 3: Apply your favorite faux lashes directly on top of eyeliner, pressing down to set.

HOW TO MEASURE
- To ensure the best fit, measure over the undergarments you'll be wearing and stand with your feet approximately 12" apart.
- Bust: Measure around the chest at the fullest part of the bust. The tape should be held securely around the body but not tight.
- Natural Waist: Measure around your waist at the narrowest part. The tape should be held securely around the body but not tight.
- Hips: Measure around your hips at widest part. Usually about eight inches below waist. The tape should be held securely around the body but not tight.
